A History of Excellence
HIREvents, a division of California Job Journal, began producing some of the Golden State's best recruitment events back in June '92, when we connected 52 Sacramento-area employers with over 8,000 jobseekers. Since then, we've produced over 200 events throughout Northern California, from smaller markets such as Stockton & Modesto to larger ones including Sacramento & San Francisco. We've also expanded beyond general events to develop fairs focusing on specific demographics - minorities, women, youth, and the disabled - as well as specialized fields such as technology and healthcare. While many event producers have come and gone in that time, HIREvents has built a solid reputation as well as a growing list of satisfied clients.

California Job Journal
Pre-event display advertising in Northern California's award-winning
recruitment weekly, read by more than 310,000 jobseekers per month. Use your ad to promote your participation
in the event and promote your open positions to drive more traffic
to your exhibit area.
HIREvents Job Fair
A tradeshow exhibit space with six-foot skirted table & chairs, a listing in the Exhibitor Guide (which is given to every attendee), company sign, name tags, and lunch in a private hospitality area. Supplemental advertising in the Job Journal and the Exhibitor Guide, an electrical connection, customized signage, additional tables, chairs and lunches are available at a nominal cost.
Virtual HIREvent
Presence at JobJournal.com's Virtual HIREvent for 14 days immediately following the event. This popular forum allows those who couldn't attend the job fair in person to visit your virtual exhibit area, learn more about your opportunities, and relay their interest and qualifications in those opportunities. It also allows those with whom you met at the event a convenient way of corresponding with you.
